1. Business Identity Clause
The Swanzer Agency Realtors ("we," "our," or "us"), doing business as (DBA) The Swanzer Agency Realtors, is a licensed real estate brokerage operating in Amherst, Ohio and serving Lorain County, Erie County, Huron County, and Cuyahoga County. We provide real estate sales, home valuation services, buyer representation, and property marketing communications.
2. Agreement to Terms & Website Use
By accessing or using our website (www.swanzer.com) or submitting any inquiry, contact, or valuation form, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
3. SMS Text Messaging Program Terms
Opt-Out & Support Mechanisms
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (440) 988-3333 or reply "STOP" to any message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@swanzer.com or (440) 988-3333.
Carrier Liability Clause
"Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages."
Message Frequency Clause
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive message frequency based on your interactions (e.g. showing reminders, home valuation updates, or requested listing alerts). If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
